Orders are prepared and shipped from our logistics warehouse located in France.

2. Purpose and Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the online sale of products offered on the Site (the “Products”) to consumers (the “Customer”).

Before placing any order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms.

Validation of the order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms in force on the date of the order.

Les Sœurs de Noé reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in force on the date of the order.

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully applicable.

Language version

These Terms may be translated into several languages for the convenience of international Customers.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between a translated version and the French version, the French version shall prevail and be legally binding.

3. Products

3.1 Product Characteristics

Each Product is accompanied by a description outlining its main characteristics and olfactory profile.

Product photographs and visual representations are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

3.2 Product Use

Les Sœurs de Noé perfumes are cosmetic products intended for external use only.

Customers are encouraged to consult the ingredient list and perform a skin test before use, particularly in the case of sensitive skin or known allergies.

Les Sœurs de Noé shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Products or failure to follow usage precautions, except where the Product is proven to be defective or non-compliant.

3.3 Compliance

The Products comply with applicable European cosmetic regulations, including Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, as well as consumer safety requirements.

3.4 Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

If a Product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and reimbursed accordingly.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the Site are expressed in euros (EUR).

4.1 European Union

For deliveries within the European Union, prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable European regulations.

4.2 Outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes or administrative fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Such charges remain the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

4.3 Countries Shipped DDP

For deliveries to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

This means that customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are included in the order price, and the Customer should not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.

Les Sœurs de Noé reserves the right to modify prices, applicable taxes or shipping conditions at any time, including DDP shipping conditions for certain destinations.

Products are invoiced based on the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Les Sœurs de Noé reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a manifest pricing error.

5. Orders

To place an order, the Customer must select the desired Products, add them to the cart, provide delivery information and select a payment method.

Before final validation, the Customer may review and modify their order.

Les Sœurs de Noé reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • suspicion of fraud
  • payment incident
  • unusually large quantities
  • suspected unauthorized resale

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

Payments are processed through secure providers such as Stripe, PayPal or equivalent payment platforms.

The Site uses SSL encryption technology to ensure the confidentiality of payment data.

Les Sœurs de Noé does not store credit card information.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped from our logistics warehouse located in France.

Deliveries are handled by recognized carriers such as Colissimo, Chronopost, FedEx or an equivalent carrier, depending on the destination.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, customs procedures or peak periods.

Les Sœurs de Noé shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, logistical disruptions or force majeure.

In any case, the liability of Les Sœurs de Noé shall be limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the content of the order and the delivery address.

The exact amount of shipping fees is indicated:

  • in the cart, once the delivery address has been entered
  • and confirmed during checkout before order validation.

European Union

Les Sœurs de Noé offers free standard shipping on all orders within the European Union, with no minimum purchase.

International destinations

For deliveries outside the European Union:

  • free standard shipping is offered for orders above €200
  • for orders below €200, applicable shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

Les Sœurs de Noé reserves the right to modify shipping fees, free shipping thresholds and shipping conditions at any time.

The applicable fees are those displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Refused or Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is refused by the Customer, not collected from the carrier or returned to the sender for any reason attributable to the Customer (including incorrect address, repeated absence, refusal to pay local taxes or duties, or failure to collect the parcel within the required timeframe), Les Sœurs de Noé reserves the right to:

  • deduct return, transport or customs fees charged by the carrier from the refund
  • or charge reshipping fees if the Customer requests a new shipment.

8. Damaged Products

The Customer must inspect the condition of the parcel upon delivery.

In the event of damaged or defective Products, the Customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the parcel, the Product and the shipping label.

After this period, Les Sœurs de Noé may not be able to process the claim.

9. Lost or Stolen Parcels

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, Les Sœurs de Noé cannot automatically be held responsible for loss or theft.

Customers are encouraged to check with neighbors or the carrier before contacting customer service.

An investigation with the carrier may be opened if necessary.

10. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returned Products must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in their original packaging
  • complete.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned Product.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened Products, including samples and Discovery Sets, cannot be returned.

11. Complimentary Samples

Les Sœurs de Noé offers complimentary samples under the following conditions, subject to availability:

  • Purchase of one eligible product (Discovery Set, 20 ml or 100 ml): the Customer may select 2 complimentary samples from the available selection.
  • Purchase of two or more eligible products: the Customer may select 4 complimentary samples from the available selection.

If a selected sample is unavailable, Les Sœurs de Noé reserves the right to replace it with another equivalent sample.

12. Discovery Sets and Discount Vouchers

The purchase of a Discovery Set or a set of 8 samples entitles the Customer to a €50 discount voucher.

This voucher:

  • is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • is single-use only
  • is non-transferable and non-refundable
  • cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes
  • is valid for orders with a minimum purchase of €150.

The voucher is sent by email after order confirmation.

13. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes may be offered occasionally.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • only one code may be used per order
  • codes cannot be combined
  • they cannot be exchanged for cash
  • they may be limited in time or quantity.

Les Sœurs de Noé reserves the right to cancel or modify a promotional code in case of abuse or technical error.

14. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards:

  • are delivered electronically
  • are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • are valid only on www.lessoeursdenoe.com.

15. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, visuals, logos, brand identity) are the exclusive property of Les Sœurs de Noé or their respective rights holders.

Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

16. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679).

17. Legal Warranty

Customers benefit from the legal warranties applicable under the law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legislation.

These legal warranties do not limit the statutory rights of consumers.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
